Filling Systems

We have a wide range of filling system that are available in 2, 3 or 4 drawers. The drawers are fitted with necessary cradles moving on rollars or using telescopic channels. Automatic locking devise with stainless steel keys alsoprovided. These are used mostly in offices, workshops, laboratories, and institutions.

Our range is fitted with:

Upright

It consists of 2 vertical legs connected with horizontal and cross-sections

Base Plate

Each upright is fitted with base plate which spreads he load evenly on the floor.

Beam

The box section beams ensures heavy loads without twising and also resists impact by handling equipment

Beam Connector

This ensures easy fitting of beams and easy removal. The connector is a pressed steel angle welded to the end of the beam. Hooks are press formed in one face of the connecor for strength and safety.

Automatic Safety Lock

This guards against accidental dislodging of beams and resist upward force. This eliminates the risk of the rack being overruened.

Frames ( upright)

Two upright C section joined by horizontal bracing akes a frame. Each uright frame has two rows of slots to fix beam connectors on both sides.

Standard depth usually between 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 and 1100 to 1200
Thickness 2 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.15 mm

Decking Panels

Decking panels are used for making loading levels by placing i on the beam connector. Thickness of these panels will be depending upon the load bearing capacity required.

Mobile Racks

These savings are made by reducing the number of aisles between the rows and racks, as only one aisle is needed for each block of rack. base is designed to carry the required loads run on rails set in the floor.
Standard racks can then be fitted on the base in which the load carrying wheels and the drive mechanism are mounted. Hand operated mobile shelving provides movement of the base by means of a hand wheel situated on the end of each shelving. Slotted Angle Racks

We offer precision engineered range of Slotted Angle Racks that are available in different sizes. These find application in various industrial and commercial sectors. The angles are made of high grade cold rolled sheet conforming to IS: 513-1973 and IS: 1079-1973 standards. All parts are tested de-greased, de-rusted and chemicaly pre treated and then under coated with simpholite primer to increase the rust resistance before painting with stoving enamel paint A D gray.
